I've consulted my project with my teacher actually and he said that if I added interrupts the reading of the switch pressed will be more consistent. But I tend to disagree .....

The I2C is only for short wires (within an apparatus).
Do you want to use long wires ?

One last question.. What is the difference between the Absolute sensors and the Gauge sensors.. what I found that the Gauge sensors can't read pressure at 0 PSI, only Absolute can do this.. I found this :

You can connect bluetooth to iphone with HID profile..

Iphone will not connect to this bluetooth device. You can however use a HID profile over bluetooth and it connects fine.

the only exception to what i've said...

It's been burnt with a 20mhz bootloader, in which case you'll need to add a Crystal and Caps, or you wont be able to upload anything.

pin 1 - pin 10 (ss)

pin 8 = Positive/ 5v
pin 4 = 0v / GND

Basically the prototype will consist of bare min parts, but instead of a shield (which is nice) it still lacks what's really needed, so here's my solution..

A Ziff socket (just ordered one).
A FTDI Basic breakout Arduino Board (Just ordered one)

Unlike ArduinoISP with the usual connections, the avrispmkii doesn't power the device being programmed.  You need to supply power to it separately. The led in the avrispmkii will go green when you do.
