I don't know, but I do know why the Leonardo is different.

The Leonardo detects a digital input as a '1' at a lower voltage. That makes the Leonardo compatible with 3.3V signals.
You could try without the 330 ohm resistors.

il pin 0 e 1 sono usati dalla seriale, quindi se utilizzi Serial.begin() di conseguenza serialprint non puoi utilizzar...

That helped a little bit as the amount of times it stops in a certain time interval has dropped but it still happens occationally

Non puoi provare a spiegare la tecnica di realizzazione di un accordatore d'antenna, in modo da iniziare dal circuito hardware e poi passare alla programmazione? Non è detto che non risolvi qui se fornisci le necessarie e dettagliate informazioni.
